Return & Exchange Policy
Please check the product carefully at the time of delivery.
Returns
- If you do not like the product, you may return it while the delivery person is present by paying the delivery charge.
- We do not offer any refund system.
- Returns are not accepted after the product has been received.
Exchanges
- If there is any issue with the product (such as size problems or defects), you can exchange it.
- If the product is received, exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery.
- For any exchange, the invoice and product tag must be provided.
- Exchange Options (While Delivery Person Is Present)
If you want to exchange the product at the time of delivery, you can choose one of the following options:
- Full Payment Exchange
You can make full payment and inform us about the exchange.
We will send the replacement product with 0 Taka delivery charge.
You must hand over the received parcel to the delivery person.
- Return with Delivery Charge
You may return the parcel by paying the delivery charge at the time of first delivery.
Once you inform us, we will send the exchange product without charging delivery again.
Simply write the product price on the parcel.
